Paralegal

Megan is a full-time Paralegal at Massillamany Jeter & Carson. Prior to her career in law, she was working in Early Child Education for ten years. She started working at her first law firm in 2022 as a Legal Assistant, and during this time, obtained her Paralegal Certificate at Ivy Tech Community College where she’s learned many different practice areas of law including: personal injury, civil litigation, employment and labor law, prison and jail law and construction litigation. Megan’s primary focus at MJC is assisting the attorneys in our Civil Department with client communication, drafting legal documents, deadlines, and State and Federal filing.

In her free time, Megan loves spending time with her husband and their daughter, Charlie. She enjoys going to the lake, reading, cooking and spending time with friends and family.
