Lauren Parmley
Associate Attorney
Lauren Parmley is a criminal law attorney with extensive jury trial experience and a proven record of handling high-stakes cases. She brings the perspective of a former prosecutor and senior government attorney to every matter, giving her clients a strategic edge from day one. Lauren earned her Juris Doctor from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2014 and holds a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University (2010).
Lauren has tried numerous cases before juries and managed criminal matters from charging decisions through verdict. She understands how cases are built, how prosecutors evaluate risk, and what it takes to win in the courtroom. This background allows her to aggressively challenge the State’s case, identify weaknesses early, and position her clients for the strongest possible outcome—whether through negotiation or trial.
Lauren has also served as a Deputy Attorney General for the State of Indiana and as Assistant Corporation Counsel for the City of Indianapolis. She later worked as In-House Counsel at the Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT), advising leadership on legal risk and decision-making at the highest levels of state government.
