Can You Be Cited For Violating Indiana's Stay-At-Home Order?

Founding partner Mario Massillamany was recently quoted in an article from IndyStar on criminal penalties for violating the governor's stay-at-home order. While law enforcement has been instructed not to pull over drivers just for being out, they may be pulled over for other offenses such as speeding. Following that, an additional charge for "disobeying a declaration of disaster emergency" may be filed. Attorney Massillamany explains how the stay-at-home order can be enforced as an additional charge.
