Massillamany & Jeter LLP Founding-Partner Chris Jeter has been appointed by the Hamilton County Council to serve as a member of the Fishers Economic Development Commission. The County Council appointed Mr. Jeter at its January 6, 2016 meeting.
The Fishers Economic Development Commission aims to sustain and grow Fishers’ economy by primarily focusing on business attraction, retention, expansion, public relations, marketing, finance, and funding. The three-member panel meets monthly at Fishers City Hall. “I am excited to contribute to the rapid and continuing growth of Fishers,” Mr. Jeter said. “I was raised here and have seen this City go from a map-dot to a city of almost 100,000,” he added. “It is very exciting.” Jeter pledged his his best efforts in keeping Fishers a great place to live and work. “My business is in Fishers and I live in Fishers. Nobody cares more about the future of this great City than I do,” he stated. “I look forward to serving with the other members of the Commission in addition to City and County leaders to make sure this positive momentum continues.”
